On 21st September 2018, the China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award office formally announced the winners of the 2018 awards, and HITOP developed Industrial Robot End-effector Pneumatic System was awarded the second prize. The award is initiated by the China Machinery Industry Federation and the China Society of Mechanical Engineering, which is one of the highest awards in Mechanical Engineering industry in China.
The industrial robot air control system offers high-performance, high-reliability and long-life pneumatic components used in the manufacturing. It is comprised of:

? End-effector.
The industrial robot operations list includes efficiently Grasp, Place, Indexes, Rewinds, Auto Return, Work Piece Holding by Magnetic Activation and Work piece removal by Vacuum suction.
The system effectively expands the application range of industrial robots and has many advantages such as miniaturization, intelligence, precision, high speed, high reliability and energy saving. It can be used for a range of manufacturing operations including automobile manufacture, micro-motor production, and in the rubber, plastic,foundry, food, chemical, and metallurgical industries.
The project has applied for 24 patents of which 22 patents has been approved to proceed, while the other two patents are currently being examined. To date, HITOP has more than 40 core intellectual property rights in the robot end-effector system,and the only manufacturing company in Shenzhen in this business category. The company has since grown progressively and contributed to the local economy.
Hitop Quality Products and Quality Management is in line with the Shenzhen Government Requirements.
Hitop is based in Bao'An district, which is an industrial manufacturing hub in Shenzhen. In August 2016, the Guangdong Provincial Office of Quality has dedicated Bao'an District as its Industrial Robot Show case centre. Benchmark enterprises have been invited to set up, and brand promotion has been intensified.
In 2017, Bao’An District were leading all other districts in the province in its robotic applications. HITOP was awarded the Bao’An District 2018 Annual Performance Excellence Award by Bao’An District People's Government in October 2018. For the next three years Bao’an district will continue to promote quality concepts, technology, innovation, and its brand. With the support of the government, it has cultivated a number of world-renowned and domestic first-tier brands in Industrial Robot.
Bao An has establish key industrial parks for the development of the intelligent robots. They are West Bay Smart Innovation Park, COFCO (FUAN) Robotics Industrial Park, Sino German Industrial Park and Country Garden Robot Industrial Park.
Hans Laser, JT Automation, LianShuo Automation, XuanShou Manufacturing, Intelligent Precision Instrument, United Smart Technology, Yangshen Precision Machinery and Hongbai Technology are spread across these parks.
Currently Bao An Industrial Robot products are sold to more than 20 countries and export value has grown significantly.
